Benfica Coaches of the Year Basketball

The coaches of Sport Lisboa e Benfica Norberto Alves and Eugénio Rodrigues were voted coaches of the year for the 2021/22 edition of the Betclic men's and women's basketball leagues, respectively.

Norberto Alves led the eagles to the conquest of the 28th national title in their history, while Eugénio Rodrigues led the women's team to the second consecutive league title, an absolutely unprecedented achievement for the Club.

It should be mentioned that the men's fair play award was given to the captain of the Reds, Tomás Barroso.
