Playing at home in front of 50,314 fans on Wednesday night (October 29), the Eagles beat Tondela 3-0 in the quarterfinals of the competition, advancing to the final four, where they will face SC Braga in early January 2026. At Estádio da Luz, Otamendi was the first to score: in the 41st minute, the captain opened the scoring from the penalty spot, shining in his 250th game wearing the eagle on his chest. Lukebakio (83') and Pavlidis (90'+5') scored the other goals for the Reds, sealing the victory.
