Transportation
Delivery is made by the company DHL or DPD to the address indicated by the client, within one working day after shipping for orders destined for mainland Portugal. For international shipments please check the expected delivery date by clicking here.
Pickup Point
Orders placed until 6.00pm on weekdays will be available for pickup on the next business day (weekdays from Monday to Friday) after successful payment for the order. You will receive an SMS confirmation when your order is available at the selected store for pickup.

If the customer is not present at the delivery address specified in the order, they can schedule and modify their delivery directly with DHL or DPD services to expedite delivery. An email and an SMS are sent when the merchandise is dispatched from SL Benfica's facilities, providing the shipment's waybill number for delivery tracking.
