The basics of this sport lies in a complete set of methods and scientific exercises, which develop the entire body, leading to a real self-defense system. Started in Benfica, in 1992, under the responsibility of one of the most certified Masters, national and internationally, the Grandmaster Paulo Reis 7th DAN.
Since then, more than 1000 athletes and about 60 black belts, have been trained. The classes are held at the Estádio do SL Benfica’s Gym, next to the Press Conference Room, -2 Floor.
