The women's football team of Benfica already knows the 6 opponents for the women's Champions League (league phase), which will have a new format in the 2025/26 season.

The draw, which took place on Friday, September 19, in Nyon, determined that the Eagles will face Arsenal (England, at home), Barcelona (Spain, away), Juventus (Italy, away), PSG (France, at home), Twente (Netherlands, at home), and Paris FC (France, away).

The Champions League (league phase) matches will be played between October 7 and December 17, 2025. Sorteio  

The top four teams qualify for the quarterfinals. Teams finishing between 5th and 12th place qualify for the knockout stage playoffs. The six lowest-ranked teams, from 13th to 18th place, are eliminated.

The final of the competition is scheduled for May 22, 23, or 24, 2026 (date to be confirmed) at Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo.

The Benfica team departed on Monday, September 29, from Humberto Delgado Airport bound for London, where they will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday in a match from round 2 of the Champions League. The red delegation was led by President Rui Costa, who reaffirmed the club's European ambition to the media: “[Our expectations] are always the same: to win. It's not an easy game, but we're going there to get a good result, obviously.”
