On Monday, September 22, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's professional football team continued their preparations for the home game against Rio Ave, a postponed match from the matchday 1 of the Liga Betclic, scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, at 8:15 pm, at Estádio da Luz. At Benfica Campus, Bah, Manu, Bruma e Nuno Félix did not participate in the training session as they are recovering from their respective injuries, in yet another training session marked by intensity and rigor.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica's professional football team will host Rio Ave, on Tuesday, September 23, at 8:15 pm, at Estádio da Luz, in a postponed match from the 1st round of the Liga Betclic. In preparation for this challenge, hours after the victory in Vila das Aves (0-3) against AFS and their return to Lisbon, the Reds worked at Benfica Campus, with a recovery training session for the starters. With their energies focused on the trip to Vila das Aves, where Benfica will face AFS this Saturday, September 20, at 6 pm, in a chash from Matchday 6 of the Liga Betclic, the Eagles trained on Friday morning, September 19, at Benfica Campus. On the second day under the technical leadership of José Mourinho, the red squad continued the preparation in a session marked by maximum intensity.
