HIGHLIGHTS

Trailing at halftime against the three-time European champions, Benfica turned the game around in the second half and beat Palma Futsal 3-1 in the final match of the International Masters Futsal 2025 at Portimão Arena on Sunday, August 24.

Two goals, two works of art from the team

The first two goals that led Benfica to victory over Tondela (3-0) on Saturday night, August 23, in Matchday 3 of the Liga Betclic, perfectly reflect the "collective work" emphasized and praised by Bruno Lage after the most recent game played at Estádio da Luz. “It was essential to vary our build-up play, sometimes with two, sometimes with three, also varying the players so that the opponent had no individual references in pressing.
