Six Benfica players contributed to their national teams

Six players from Benfica's professional squad competed for their respective national teams on Sunday, October 12.

In the quarterfinals of the Under-20 World Cup, in the early hours of the day, Prestianni started in Argentina's victory over Mexico (0-2), sealing the Albiceleste's passage to the semifinals, where they will face Colombia on Thursday, October 16 (12:00 am).
