In the quarter-finals of the Portuguese Cup, Benfica's women's football team beat Valadares Gaia (4-0) to qualify for the semi-finals of the competition. Nycole Raysla and Marie Alidou scored in the first half, while Chandra Davidson and Paige Almendariz scored their first goals for the eagles in the second half.

A natural win for Benfica, who controlled the entire match. In the semi-final of the Portuguese Cup, played over two legs, their rivals will be Sporting. The first leg is scheduled for the end of March, at home.

On Wednesday, February 14, the Eagles will face Valadares Gaia again, away from home, at 2 pm, in the second leg of the League Cup semi-finals. At Benfica Campus, the Reds won by 4-1.
