TRAINING SESSION

Benfica's professional football team trained on Thursday, June 19, at Waters Sportsplex in Tampa, Florida, on the eve of their match against Auckland City in the second round of Group C of the Club World Cup.

Without Florentino, who underwent treatment and gym work due to an acromioclavicular sprain in his right shoulder, coach Bruno Lage led a training session with 27 players, in which good spirits were one of the dominant themes during the period open to the media.

Also on Thursday, the Reds will travel to Orlando, where, at Inter&Co Stadium, Bruno Lage will preview the clash with Auckland City, which will take place in the late afternoon in the United States and early morning in Portugal.

The match against New Zealand is scheduled for 12 noon (5:00 pm in mainland Portugal) on Friday, June 20, at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando.
