At the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca (Morocco), Christy Ucheibe came on at half-time in Nigeria's 1-0 victory over Botswana in the second match of Group B of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. With this result, achieved with a goal in the 89th minute, the Nigerians secured their place in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
With qualification for the knockout stage of the Euro 2025 already secured, Marit Lund started on the bench and was also brought on at half-time in Norway's 4-3 win over Iceland in Thun (Switzerland), before being sent off after a second yellow card in the 90th+4 minute. The Norwegians thus ended the group stage with three wins in as many games.
