Fábio Veríssimo, referee from AF Leiria, has been appointed by the Refereeing Committee of the Portuguese Football Federation to referee the Sporting-Benfica match in the 2025 Super Cup. The match will be played at the Algarve Stadium at 8:45 pm on Thursday, July 31.

Paulo Brás and Hugo Marques will be the assistants and David Silva the fourth official.

The video assistant referee (VAR) will be Bruno Esteves, and the assistant video assistant referees (AVAR1 and AVAR2) will be Pedro Felisberto and Rui Costa.
